Position Overview:

We are in search of a Tech Lead, GoLang - API Development Squad (Remote) or Senior Go Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive expertise in the GoLang programming language.
  • Steer the team in the design and execution of robust and scalable APIs.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the API development team.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with other squads involved in the project.
  • Actively contribute to the development process and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Participate in planning sprints and defining development goals alongside management and architecture teams.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of API functionalities in accordance with established standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to meet their expectations and objectives.
  • Guarantee that developed solutions adhere to the standards and requirements of the financial sector.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in GoLang development.
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical leader or Tech Lead in API development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital banking and banking solution integration concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
