Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient ordering processes.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, process sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
