Poste d'Analyste Financier Senior - Expert S4HANA

Vous rejoignez notre équipe de finance comme Analyste Financier Senior - Expert S4HANA. Vous serez responsable de contribuer aux activités finance des chaînes de valeur liées au projet S4HANA, notamment le Record to Report - Cost Accounting et le Plan to Stock & Logistics.

Responsabilités
  • Contribuer aux activités finance des chaînes de valeur liées au projet S4HANA
  • Supporter la définition des futurs processus pour vos chaînes de valeur et assurer l'adoption des meilleures pratiques d'affaires
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les SME des différentes fonctions manufacturières en préparation des déploiements de S4HANA dans nos sites manufacturiers
  • Consulter les usagers finance pour comprendre leur requis et analyser les impacts des changements
  • Évaluer les options de configuration et formuler des recommandations pour la conception du futur système
  • Préparer/Réviser la documentation de projet incluant la définition des requis, les revues de processus et systèmes, la documentation de formation, les impacts sur les usagers, etc.
  • Planifier et coordonner les activités liées au nettoyage et à la conversion des données, ainsi qu'aux tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs pour vos flux de valeur
  • Compléter les tests unitaires ainsi que les tests intégrés et proposer des correctifs pour assurer l'intégrité du système et des processus dans la chaine de valeur
  • Contribuer à l'implémentation de procédures adéquates de gestion du master data
  • Livrer la formation aux usagers ainsi que donner du support après l'implémentation
Compétences requises
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou équivalent
  • Titre comptable CPA
  • Esprit d'innovation et d'amélioration continue
  • Agilité pour conduire le changement et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Compétences en communication
  • Plus de 8 années d'expérience pertinente en finance ou en comptabilité
  • Expérience et connaissances approfondies de plusieurs processus financiers
  • Bonne compréhension de SAP ECC et d'autres systèmes financiers
  • Expérience dans la contribution à des projets spéciaux
