Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at Huawei. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Advisory: Provide technical suggestions on the pre-research of pre-6G cloud-native network technologies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and Huawei's strategic objectives.
  2. Radio Access Network (RAN) Optimization: Offer technical adjustment suggestions for RAN to adapt to edge cloud technologies and cloud containerization scenarios (K8s), driving innovation and efficiency.
  3. Performance and Security Tuning: Provide technical consultation and tuning recommendations for performance issues, security issues, and architectural challenges introduced by the deployment of RAN on cloud-native platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  4. Cost Evaluation and Efficiency Improvement: Assist in evaluating the cost of deploying the entire RAN system software on the cloud native platform and provide feasible efficiency improvement suggestions, driving business value and growth.

Requirements:

  1. Commercialization Expertise: Possess expertise in commercializing products using software architecture patterns/design patterns, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  2. Cloud Native Expertise: Develop and optimize Cloud-native platform, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  3. Component Design and Microservices: Familiarity with component design and microservice architecture, with experience in design and implementation of distributed and parallel computing processing.
  4. IT Protocol Stack and Accelerators: Knowledgeable in IT protocol stack of the cloud native platform and design of accelerator such as DPDK and QAT, with a strong understanding of industry trends and innovations.
