ShoreWise Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients using the Dayforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support for clients using the Dayforce platform, including payroll and workforce management modules.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Dayforce system.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Dayforce platform, including new features and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.
