About the Role:

We are seeking a Concierge to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and respond to routine inquiries in person and by phone
  • Receive and distribute mail, and process outgoing mail
  • Provide services and interact with residents and their families in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of office procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
