Position Overview:
Kal Tire is in search of a committed Commercial Tire Service Specialist to enhance our team in Truro, NS. In this role, you will deliver front shop services, fleet maintenance, and roadside support while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who excel in problem-solving and can adjust to diverse scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial tires and wheels.
  • Perform regular tire inspections and upkeep services.
  • Offer tire-related support for commercial vehicles.
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate service specifics and suggestions.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Mechanical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Prior experience with medium truck, agricultural, and industrial tires is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Self-driven with a team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Physically fit to lift 50lbs to shoulder height.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices.
Additional Information:
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
This role may necessitate availability outside of regular hours.
