This role is situated in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
As the Plant Manager, your mission is to foster a positive and collaborative environment within your business unit. To achieve this, you will:
- Formulate and execute a strategic plan for your unit that aligns with its vision;
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, promoting effective health management through established OHS priorities;
- Set and track OHS objectives that align with corporate goals;
- Enhance operational efficiency and ensure cost-effectiveness;
- Implement standardized best practices across all operational activities;
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish performance metrics (availability, efficiency, FIT);
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review KPIs and initiate necessary action plans;
- Support the execution of optimization initiatives.
