We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at The Mint Restaurant Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and willingness to learn.
  • Work Experience: No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Tasks and Duties:
    • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware in a commercial dishwasher.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs in the dining area.
    • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
    • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
