Job Summary:

Chintz & Company is seeking a highly motivated and creative Interior Design Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and design consultation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visual merchandising and design consultation services to clients to create exquisite interiors.
  • Resource inspiration, products, and trends for each project presented.
  • Communicate ideas to customers verbally, written, and drawn to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients on site to provide calculated space planning and visual project collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in interior design, visual merchandising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
