Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to any issues that may arise.

Coordinate Dispatch Operations

Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Manage Emergency Situations

Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, such as inclement weather or equipment failures.

Monitor and Report on Performance

Track and report on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction.

Stay Up-to-Date on Regulations

Stay current on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
