The Solutions Architect at Blend360 will play a pivotal role in formulating and integrating processes that unify marketing and platform data into impactful, solution-oriented frameworks. This position demands a profound technical expertise in Marketing Technology (Martech), Advertising Technology (Adtech), Cloud services, and Customer Experience (CX) platforms, alongside the capability to guide and nurture a team of developers and engineers. The architect will tackle intricate data challenges, utilizing knowledge of first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) identities, omnichannel data strategies, and enhancing analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions for marketing, advertising, and customer experience, focusing on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Analyze complex enterprise data environments to extract essential requirements and dependencies from current systems, while identifying new opportunities for technical consulting.
- Oversee the integration of Martech, Adtech, and CX platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing systems and data workflows.
- Including but not limited to: Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), composable architectures, activation strategies, A/B testing, tagging, data collection, marketing automation, orchestration, and decision-making platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and various stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and translate them into technical specifications, aligning these requirements with favorable business outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers, ensuring compliance with solution designs throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to strategic direction and client technology assessments as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Create architecture diagrams at conceptual, logical, and physical levels to effectively illustrate solution designs, including data flow diagrams.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of client technology stacks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to platform integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in Martech, Adtech, and CX platform architecture, integration, and implementation.
- Proven track record in designing solutions for complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
- Strong technical proficiency in Martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud), Adtech solutions (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp), and CX platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Pega, Optimizely).
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a solid understanding of their respective products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data management and integration processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across functions.
- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects from inception to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant Cloud, Martech, Adtech, or CX platforms.
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
