Physiotherapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients/residents to identify their physiotherapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide education and training to patients/residents and their families on physiotherapy techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Delegate tasks to assistants/aides as needed to ensure efficient and effective care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs
- Graduation from an approved Physiotherapy Program
- Two years of recent experience or post-graduate training in gerontology
- Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)
- Eligible for membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks
- Organizational and time management skills
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and provide high-quality care to patients and residents.
