Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients/residents to identify their physiotherapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide education and training to patients/residents and their families on physiotherapy techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Delegate tasks to assistants/aides as needed to ensure efficient and effective care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and programs
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved Physiotherapy Program
  • Two years of recent experience or post-graduate training in gerontology
  • Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC)
  • Eligible for membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC)

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to supervise and delegate tasks
  • Organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions
