Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Hodder Construction Ltd (1993). As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their website requirements and develop a plan to meet those needs.
  • Design and develop website architecture, including layout, navigation, and user experience.
  • Write, modify, and test website-related code to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Source and select information for inclusion on the website, and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the site.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, including user experience, user interface, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
