Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Montessori Happy Minds Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans.
  • Provide care and support for infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that cater to children's needs and interests.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning and organizing the daycare area.
  • Engage children in activities that promote creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Supervise and assist other staff members, including early childhood educators and assistants.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move children as needed.
