Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our team at Groupe Kenworth Montréal, a division of PACCAR of Canada. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and general repairs of heavy vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex systems, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review work orders and collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks;
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups;
  • Diagnose and repair pneumatic, electrical, and cabin systems;
  • Carry out repairs on all vehicle components, including adjustments, replacements, and installations;
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • DVS in heavy vehicle mechanics or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in heavy truck mechanics;
  • Proficiency in French and English, with the ability to read and speak both languages;
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 license is a bonus);
  • Enrollment in the Comité Paritaire d'Automobiles (CPA) and possession of a tool box.
