Sales Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our sales initiatives and providing route coverage for our colleagues during vacation, sick, injury, or special projects.
Responsibilities- Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts, determining current and ongoing product needs and establishing friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space.
- Train with senior Account Sales Managers on their routes and cover their routes when needed, evaluating competitors' activities and communicating with District Sales Managers.
- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
- Preferred prior sales experience in consumer packaged goods or retail organizations.
- Knowledge of the beverage market is an asset.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with university or college experience considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding relationship-building and people skills.
- Good mathematical skills and organizational abilities.
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and travel up to 40-50%.
