Position Overview

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at Neptunus Yachts International Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Coordination: Schedule and manage transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare essential shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Container Management: Assemble and prepare containers and crates for shipping.
  • Goods Inspection: Inspect incoming goods and verify them against shipping documents.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain an accurate internal record-keeping system for inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Record shortages and reject any damaged goods upon receipt.
  • Storage Management: Route goods to appropriate storage areas and pack items for shipment.
  • Loading Oversight: Supervise the loading and unloading processes of goods.
