Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Processing Labourer to join our team at JTS FOOD CORPORATION. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient processing of food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with precision and care.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines with accuracy.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
  • Feed and unload processing machines, ensuring smooth production operations.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Will train on the job, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week, working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
