Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at KC's Pumping Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as concrete pumping equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumping equipment, excavators, and bulldozers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and refilling equipment tanks
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Complete onboard and other logs to track equipment usage and maintenance
  • Prepare accident reports and secure special attachments to equipment
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment, and two-way radios and other communication equipment
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and operate hydraulic pumping systems
Requirements:
  • Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Power Line Hazardous Training
Work Environment:

The Heavy Equipment Operator will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work well in a team.
