Senior Producer

Epic Games is seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our LEGO Fortnite production team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes to enable artists to excel in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the schedule and partner with art discipline leads to scope and schedule work for the team.
  • Facilitate communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams to ensure transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively seek resolution and identify problems before they become roadblocks.
  • Be flexible and handle production needs across small strike teams.
  • Facilitate development operations, including scheduling team meetings and running art reviews.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a production role with cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily.
  • Self-starter with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive high-velocity, high-impact development cycles.
