Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a smooth operation
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet customer demands
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
