Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle property transactions effectively. The successful candidate should possess a solid background in property law and conveyancing, ensuring seamless transactions for clients.
Our firm is CQS accredited and holds full Lexcel certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of residential property transactions from initiation to completion.
- Manage matters related to freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity.
- Communicate with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate property sales or acquisitions.
- Conduct property searches and evaluate legal documentation.
- Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and other essential paperwork.
- Ensure adherence to all legal standards and timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficient in IT systems pertinent to conveyancing.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Business Development Skills
- A keen interest in marketing and relationship-building is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from £36,000.00 annually
