Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
    • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Organize and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring that it is accurately stocked and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.

    • Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

    • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
