Position: Clinical Pharmacist

In the role of Clinical Pharmacist at Hôpital Montfort, you will take charge of enhancing and refining the pharmaceutical care provided to patients. Your responsibilities will include offering mentorship to pharmacy students and engaging in various research initiatives. The core of your duties will focus on clinical services, including the selection, preparation, distribution, and monitoring of medications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D
  • Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of Ontario
  • Certification in CPR
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical environment or a relevant pharmacy qualification
  • Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
