Job Title: Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to support our financial planning and analysis processes in an Oracle Hyperion/Essbase environment, with an upcoming migration to Oracle Freeform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with Hyperion/Essbase and Oracle Freeform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support IT Financial Planning & Analysis processes in Hyperion/Essbase and eventually Oracle Freeform application by maintaining application, troubleshooting issues, and providing direction on appropriate resolution.
  • Oversee data and metadata integration processes from CA PPM Clarity into cube to ensure seamless flow of financial data and manage ETL -Extract, Transform and Load- process for month end, year end, and budget.
  • Resolve problems with data quality issues through independent assessment and applying logical framework.
  • Support annual budget planning exercise, managing regular budget updates on a timely basis while adapting the Hyperion/Freeform application as needed for future budget requirements.
  • Help ensure CA PPM Clarity data quality and related PM/PCO processes are consistent with the needs of IT Planning and the budget management process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing and updating on-premise Oracle Hyperion and/or Oracle Freeform application.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication to a wide audience and attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer-oriented and ability to deal effectively with multiple demands.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using CA PPM Clarity and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with agile work processes.
