Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hair Salon Manager to join our team at Regis Canada. As a Hair Salon Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving salon profitability, and creating a positive and professional environment for our stylists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional haircuts and chemical services to customers
  • Educate and recommend hair products to customers
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of our stylists
  • Perform technical adjustments and maintain high-quality standards
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal productivity
  • Manage retail product inventory and orders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as required
Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of cosmetology curriculum and secondary education
  • Experience: 2+ years of management experience or 5+ years of experience as a stylist
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Ontario Cosmetology License
  • Intermediate computer skills and email proficiency
