We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Circle K's high standards for store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
