Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time and Weekend Care Assistant to join our team of caregivers. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Support clients in accessing the community, including accompanying them on outings and appointments
  • Prompt and administer medication as required
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation

Requirements

  • A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference in the lives of others
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car (for travel between clients)
  • Experience in care work is not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Proof of right-to-work in the United Kingdom
  • Reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humor
  • Ability to work as part of a team
