We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards and improving workplace safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety concerns, and develop solutions to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay up-to-date on the latest health and safety regulations and best practices.
- DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a health and safety role.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions.
- Autonomy, structure, and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent IT skills.
