Key Responsibilities- Process blood samples and other laboratory specimens in a timely and accurate manner
- Enter requisitions and results into our system, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, displaying empathy and kindness in stressful situations
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet quality metrics and regulatory requirements
- Secondary School diploma and completion of a Laboratory Assistant training program or Medical Lab Assistance course
- Phlebotomy skills and ability to manage anxious patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
