Waste Connections of Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Parksville, BC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including establishing work priorities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of reporting procedures, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators.
- Perform clerical and reception duties, including sorting incoming mail, filing, photocopying, faxing, and office organization.
- Assist with the ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory control.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall operations of the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum High school diploma.
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in office administration.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
