Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kluane Energy Limited Partnership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and negotiating sales agreements.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Store Operations: Participate in the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise and the maintenance of equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
