Job Title: Plumber Helper

GURJAS ENTERPRISES is seeking a skilled Plumber Helper to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Plumber Helper to assist our plumbers in various construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and cleaning and lubricating cranes.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Transporting materials to construction sites
  • Performing pre-operational inspections on equipment and machinery
  • Cleaning and lubricating cranes and other heavy equipment
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with varying weather conditions. The candidate must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment, and work at heights.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
