RONA is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Finance and Accounting department. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional analyses to identify business needs and develop recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and internal clients to gather requirements and develop functional and integrated tests.
- Assist programmers during the implementation phase and ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare and execute functional and integrated tests, and support accepted tests.
- Be responsible for production deployment of applications and ensure monitoring standards.
- Assist with applications support, including recording and maintaining tickets in the company's ticket tracking system.
- University degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalent.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in system development, including at least five (5) in application analysis.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS v12 and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP is an asset.
- Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics is an asset.
- Experience in the finance and accounting domain.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is an asset.
- Possess a strong analytical and synthesis skill.
- Possess a team spirit and leadership.
- Ability to easily adapt to changes.
- Ability to simplify and communicate knowledge.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and constraints.
- Strong organizational skills, service-oriented, and concern for quality.
