The Role

We are currently in search of a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee one of our dynamic retail locations on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will foster and maintain a positive team atmosphere that enhances morale and drives exceptional performance while optimizing store results across all key performance indicators through effective management, goal setting, and outstanding customer service.

Your primary daily interactions will be with customers and your team. Your Skills and Experience

• PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Translating broader business strategies into specific team objectives and individual goals, ensuring alignment with other departments for coordinated efforts. • MOTIVATING OTHERS: Fostering a team environment where everyone is inspired to perform at their best and achieve results. • DELEGATION: Effectively distributing responsibility and accountability for both routine and significant tasks and decisions. • DEVELOPMENT AND MENTORING: Understanding each individual's career aspirations; facilitating development discussions and assigning challenging tasks to promote growth. • ACCOUNTABILITY: Monitoring progress and outcomes; providing constructive feedback and making difficult decisions when necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in retail management. Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous. Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
