Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ, Okta, and BeyondTrust PAM.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and logical applications.
  • Configure and customize IAM systems to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement access request, certification, provisioning, and user life cycle management processes.
  • Implement custom rules, forms, and workflows in IAM systems.
  • Integrate web services frameworks and related technologies.
  • Work with large-scale databases and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain SQL and Java scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Okta SSO with existing applications.
  • Establish best practices for assigning applications to user groups.
  • Refine and improve onboarding and offboarding workflows and automation.
  • Lead initiatives to identify application assignments based on department and role.
  • Troubleshoot Okta-related issues and work with the Okta support team.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in IAM, cyber security, and related technologies.
  • Strong experience in SailPoint IIQ, Okta, BeyondTrust PAM, and RSA SecureID.
  • Experience with large-scale databases and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Java, and JavaScript programming.
  • Understanding of application server and code deployment processes.
