- Supervise and train packaging team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of packaging machinery, equipment, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and other relevant software.
- Competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000 per year.
- Overtime pay after 40 hours.
