Job Title: Finance and Administration Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administration Vice-President to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage the administrative functions of the organization, including human resources, procurement, and facilities management.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or administration.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior finance and administration role.
  • Skills: Excellent financial management and analytical skills, strong leadership and team management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
