Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 2799965 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
    • Physically demanding, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
