Business and Quality Assurance Specialist

Scotiabank is seeking a skilled Business and Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Global Fraud Authentications Technology team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and business analysis, with experience in Agile environments and a passion for driving solutions with a small working team.
Key responsibilities will include facilitating collaborative solution discovery sessions, decomposing solutions into small increments of value, and working closely with architects and engineers to ensure a flow of stories are specified, engineered, and validated.
The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive solutions with a small working team.
Additionally, the candidate will have a strong understanding of business process re-engineering and IT fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
