Job Title: Business Analyst Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Consultant to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing credit risk scorecards for Credit Model Performance Monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement credit risk scorecards.
  2. Develop and document business requirements, system designs, and technology solutions.
  3. Perform data validation and quality analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Review testing plans, prepare test cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  5. Write Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and review System Requirements Documents (SRD) and System Design Documents (SDD).

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst & Developer in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong skills in SAS, SQL, Hadoop, and Netezza Database.
  3. Solid knowledge of Retail Credit Risk data.

Nice to Have:

  1. Credit Risk Scorecard Model related experience.
  2. Familiarity with Credit Bureau Score data.
  3. Familiarity with Credit Model Lifecycle and Scorecard Development Process.
