Culinary Specialist

As a Culinary Specialist at Domino's Pizza, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your expertise in food preparation and cooking will contribute to delivering exceptional meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants to ensure smooth operations and adherence to protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Education: Completion of College/CEGEP is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate is required.
The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and work effectively under pressure.
