As an Outdoor Product Specialist at Arc'teryx, your responsibilities will include:

Providing an exceptional brand experience by sharing in-depth product knowledge and assisting with problem resolution. Developing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and integrating this knowledge into authentic guest interactions. Acting as a brand ambassador for Arc'teryx both within the store and in the wider community. Pursuing your passions both inside and outside the store with support from your team. Collaborating with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to enhance the guest experience. Offering insights on merchandising and in-store experiences to drive sales. Maintaining a cooperative and open relationship with your team and store management. Assisting with various store tasks as directed by leadership. Handling store communications, including phone calls and emails. Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system to efficiently process transactions, including returns and exchanges. Receiving and unpacking inventory as needed.

Expectations:

All team members are expected to be available during peak retail periods. You will be accountable for fulfilling all responsibilities outlined in the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document. Under the guidance of store leadership, you will undertake additional projects and tasks as needed.

Availability Requirements:

You should be available for a minimum of one opening, one closing, and one weekend shift each week. Your availability must align with the needs of the business.
