We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Script Person to join our team at Ethnic Channels Group Limited.

Job Summary

The Script Person will be responsible for assisting with script development, coordination, and implementation for various projects. This includes setting up and operating mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment, as well as arranging schedules and travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with script development, coordination, and implementation for various projects
  • Set up and operate mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment
  • Arrange schedules and travel itineraries
  • Detect and repair mechanical and electrical problems
  • Set up equipment and maintain and replace reels and projector equipment
  • Assist with computer and technology tasks, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment

The Script Person will work in a variety of settings, including radio stations, recording studios, and video production companies. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent problem-solving skills.
