Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Accounting OperationsSupervise and train staff to ensure efficient and accurate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Financial AnalysisAnalyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction industry setting.
SkillsProficient in MS Excel and Sage Accounting Software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
