Job Description:

Paymentus Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Engineer to join our Cyber Security team. As a DLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring information security events within the DLP scope. Your expertise will be crucial in preventing data breaches and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to monitor and prevent data breaches.
  • Design and implement data loss prevention solutions for corporate and production systems.
  • Perform data analysis and fingerprinting to identify and protect sensitive information.
  • Configure and tune DLP systems, policies, and response rules to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DLP policies meet compliance and security requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other teams on DLP-related matters.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data loss prevention, information security, or a related field.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and operating DLP solutions for SaaS and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Basic understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Experience with scripting and/or development tools used with application integration into identity and access management and SIEM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in implementing DLP solutions for cloud email solutions such as GSuite or Office365.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR regulations.
  • Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Current information security certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
