Your ResponsibilitiesAs a member of CIBC Wood Gundy, you'll be responsible for creating and growing client portfolios through specialized relationship management, reliable investment advice, and exceptional client service. You'll work closely with a team of CIBC Wood Gundy investment advisors to help them manage their clients' portfolios and establish new business relationships. You'll communicate directly with high-net-worth clients to provide support, identify business opportunities, and proactively improve the client experience.
What You Need to Succeed- Client Focus - Prioritize each client's experience and build a personal relationship to make every interaction meaningful. Anticipate clients' needs and communicate quickly with your team to establish trust and deepen client relationships. Find ways to improve the client experience.
- Business Growth - Proactively identify business opportunities for your team. Work closely with investment advisors to support business growth and contribute to the development of client-centric investment plans based on client profiles, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Relationship Building - Promote the CIBC brand in your community by participating in local events and engaging in marketing and outreach activities. Expand your network to build lasting connections that will generate future opportunities.

- You're a Certified Professional - You have a current and compliant representative designation and have passed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct Course. A registered representative designation is an asset. You have experience in the financial services industry and practical knowledge of various securities.
