Our client, a leading Environmental Renewable Natural Resource Industry company based in Markham, ON, is seeking a skilled Project Engineer for a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient proposals, projects, and solutions.
  • Prepare project proposals and estimate labor and equipment budgets.
  • Define project engineering scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Prepare Scope of Work Documentation for project tasks and RFP packages.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC project documentation (P&IDs, PFDs, piping, controls, etc.).
  • Prepare engineering reports, technical datasheets, and project specifications.
  • Develop and detail mechanical engineering designs.
  • Site travel to job sites as required (50%).
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to provide information and technical analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or similar with 5 years of experience.
  • Registered P.Eng certification an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Wastewater treatment, or Pulp & Paper industries.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working on EPC projects.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD mandatory, Solid works an asset.
  • Strong Project Management skills, PMP certification preferred.
  • Advanced use of Excel and MS Project to maintain updated project documentation.
