Key Responsibilities- Service customers through order entry and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Expedite quotations, including follow-up on customer requests, to provide exceptional customer service.

- 1-2 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Prior quotations experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
