About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Westburne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively servicing our existing customer base while identifying opportunities to grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service customers through order entry and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Expedite quotations, including follow-up on customer requests, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Promote Westburne as a leading electrical supply solution provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
